TWENTIETH ANNIVERSARY OF SEA INDIA
Twentieth Anniversary of SEA India was held on virtual mode on Sunday 25th July 2021. Dr. K.S. Kasi Viswanathan, Managing Director, Shesahsayee Papers & Boards Ltd, Erode 638007 offered felicitations. Prof. V. Raju, Provost, Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education & Research, Porur, Chennai 600116 and Mr. S. Vijayasekar, Addl Director (Training & Operation), TN Fire & Rescue Services, Chennai 600008 also offered felicitations. Mr. Perumal Manoharan, President, SEA delivered Welcome Address and Mr. P. Janarthanam, Jt. Secretary proposed a Vote of Thanks. Mr. S. Ulaganathan, Vice President, SEA compered the proceedings. On the occasion of 20th Anniversary of SEA India, a special Technical Lecture on “ Managing the Risks due to Dust Explosions” was presented by Mr. H. Karthik, General Manager ( Product Sales), BS & B Safety Systems, Chennai 600097.

TWENTIETH ANNUAL GENERALBODY MEETING OF SEA INDIA
Soon after the Twentieth Anniversary celebrations, Twentieth Annual General Body Meeting was held on virtual mode on 25th July 2021. Mr. Perumal Manoharan, President, SEA India presided over the meeting and presented the Annual Report and Mr. M. Ravichandran, Treasurer, SEA India presented the Audited Financial Report for the year and proposed Budget for the next year. Elections were held for the years 2021-23 and following Office Bearers were elected.

Treasurer: Mr. R. Kumar
Also, 10 Executive Committee Members were elected as required under Bye Laws.
About 70 SEA Members attended the General Body Meeting and extended support for the effective functioning of SEA.
